325 degrees on convection baking for two cookie sheets in at once.
1 c room temperature butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
Cream above ingredients together in mixer than add:
2 large eggs
2 t vanilla extract
Cream above ingredients together in mixer than add:
2 1/2 c flour
2 c fine crumb graham crackers (about 16 pieces, set aside a 1/2 cup to dip dough in)
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
Mix ingredients above thoroughly then place a ball size dough in the 1/2 c fine crumb graham crackers you left out above and place on lined cookie sheet and bak for 8-9 minutes.
15 marshmallows cut in half
Then place marshmallow sticky side down on cookie and broil for 1 minute. Take out of oven and place unwrapped Hersey Kiss on top and eat immediately or have at room temp.
