Use an electric mixer and whip until stiff:
1 1/2 c heavy cream
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
Then add and mix until combined, then set aside:
8oz cream cheese
Whisk in a separate bowl mix ingredients to make a smooth paste:
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 c cocoa powder
3 T milk
Then add the following to the paste and whisk:
1 1/2 c milk
Dunk vanilla wafers in chocolate milk mix and then place in a 8x8 baking dish. Fill the bottom layer and spread half of the whipped cream mixture on top of the vanilla wafers. Repeat the process then top with
2 t cocoa powder sprinkled on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Raddish
