CURRY WURST

 1 T olive oil

1/2 c chopped yellow onion or 5 caramelized frozen onion squares

1 garlic clove

5 T chicken stock

1 T honey

1 c ketchup

1/4 t yellow mustard

1 t worcherstershire sauce

1/8 t pepper

1 pinch cayenne pepper

1/8 t cinnamon

1/8 t cloves

1 1/2 T curry powder

1 T paprika

1/2 t salt

1 t sugar 

1 T apple cider vinegar

1 T olive oil

Blend all ingredients above and heat through.

8 brats sliced thin and sautéed
