Custard Filling for eclairs
3 egg yolks
1 egg
1 t vanilla
5 T sugar
3 T flour
1 1/3 c milk
Over medium heat put in flour & sugar, gradually add eggs and milk whipped together. Bring to a boil and boil for a minute then add vanilla.
