Spinach Salad
1 bag baby spinach
1 c cottage cheese (rinse in strainer, drain)
1 lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 small red onion
1 head lettuce
3/4 lb grated swiss cheese
sliced mushrooms
Serve with a raspberry vinagrette.
