- Preheat the oven to 350 and line a 9x13 baking dish with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray.
1 cup melted butter
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix with electric mixture until smooth then add:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
Mix with electric mixer then add:
4 eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. While the brownies cool, make the frosting.
FROSTING:
¼ cup butter
¼ cup milk
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
- Using a mixer, combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Frost the brownies after they have cooled about 75% of the way but are still slightly warm.
- Place the brownies in the fridge to cool completely before cutting.
