Slow Cook Pot Roast

2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 T worcestershire sauce
1 t garlic powder
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 c water
5 1/2 lbs of pot roast

Mix everything in the crock pot, except the meat. After that is mixed place in the pot roast.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours
Cook on low for 8-9 hours
